Yes, we require a security deposit (Hold), which varies based on the value . Vehicles valued below $200,000 require a deposit (Hold) of $2,500. Vehicles value $200,000 and above require a deposit of $5,000. This deposit will be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental.  The deposit will be released once the vehicle is returned in good condition, with no issues. Deposits will be used to cover any excess mileage, damage to vehicle, gas, smoking, tickets, loss of use or any other costs incurred from the rental as agreed in the rental agreement.

Since I have insurance, why would you bill me for minor damages:?

Minor scuffs and scrapes are unfortunately a common occurrence for rental vehicles – sometimes renters scrape a wheel, scratch a front bumper or bubble a tire for example. These repairs are usually quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the vehicle is out of commission off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you may of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.

Will I get the same vehicle that I reserved?

In most cases, you will receive the exact vehicle you reserved online. However, if that vehicle becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason, we will offer you an upgraded car at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

What happens if the vehicle I'm renting has a malfunction or mechanical issue??

We have the vehicles maintained based on the manufacture's requirements or better. However, if an issue arises that is out of your control, please call us so we can get you a replacement car ASAP.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservation without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made less than seven days before the rental date will incur a penalty of 50% of the rental value.

Please note: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.

Is there a fee for not bringing the vehicle back with the same level of gas?
